What this means to my clients is that they can expect my involvement in all aspects of the design and construction process. They don’t have to worry about me assigning the project to an employee once the contract has been signed. Instead, I stay involved for the duration of the project. One of the by products of working this way is that I am forced to be selective in deciding which clients to associate with to insure I can provide the necessary level of personal service. This means that sometimes I have to walk away from certain projects in order to keep my prior commitments. What a great problem to be faced with, don’t you think?

These services reflect 25 years of experience working all aspects of golf course development. I have worked as both a consultant to owners and as an owner’s representative giving me a unique blend of golf course development experience. This perspective is quite beneficial whether working on a major resort or residential golf course project or a small renovation project.
“Hazards – how well chosen the name! They are risks; and penalties must come to those who take risks and fail.” – Robert Hunter
“The true hazard should draw the player towards it, should invite the golfer to come as near as he dare to the fire without burning his fingers. The man who can afford to take risks is the man who should gain the advantage.” – John Low |
